Recently, KO FIGHTING FITNESS also offers a fun and intensive Kettlebell workout to our members in the gym. A kettlebell training is healthy for everyone, so you can participate too, regardless of your goal or level.

With our kettlebell workout you train your entire body in a fast and effective way and you improve the overall condition of your body. Our certified kettlebell trainers then ensure that the training is effective and safe, so that you get the best out of the workout in a relatively short time.

We provide the ultimate Kettlebell only training for you in our all-round gym in Ockenburgh Kijkduin. Of course we use professional kettlebells with different weights, so that you can build up your training properly.

Kettlebell interval training

What is kettlebell training? The kettlebell was developed in Russia as a training material for the training of the Russian army in the 18th century. The reintroduction of kettlebell to the fitness world has only recently happened. While top athletes used to use the material in advanced training, movement experts later agreed that this, albeit intensive training, can be done by anyone.

For example, the training has later become popular with fitness participants and home athletes as a versatile training, with many different options for exercises and training methods.

With us you have the kettlebell interval training, also called a high intensity interval training (HIIT). In this training we mainly focus on sets of maximum effort (at your level), which are alternated with short recovery moments (rest).

With this way of HIIT training the benefits are:

  • A wide variety of exercises to train every muscle group

Kettlebell trainer

Would you like to follow kettlebell training in our gym? Then join the training. We provide kettlebell workouts indoors, but also outdoors in the beautiful dune area around Ockenburgh/Kijkduin. We do this in small groups, in the form of small group training.

Would you prefer one-on-one training, together with one of the experienced personal trainers that we have available in our gym. We have personal trainers in various disciplines. Think of: martial arts trainers, fitness personal trainers, but certainly also kettlebell trainers.
