Our Head Coach, Rodney van der Vlugt is not only the Head of IMMAF in the Netherlands but also a certified coach for the biggest platform for amateur MMA, IMMAF (International Mixed Martial Arts Federation). His contribution to and his passion for the sport is so clearly portrayed through his knowledge and loyalty to the development of the sport and his students.
Mixed Martial Arts in the Netherlands is still in its infancy phase, and with Rodney’s knowledge, he not only educates our instructors, he teaches MMA, the beautiful art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and the so ever popular kickboxing.
The combination of the different martial art disciplines, together with
his knowledge, qualifications and experience in the fitness industry and his qualification and experience in nutrition affords our clients a turnkey facility.
